1. When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
5. Can I return an item?
Yes, returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
6. How do I initiate a return?
Email us at craigster.care@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll arrange the pickup and provide instructions.
7. Who pays for return shipping?
We arrange the pickup, but ₹100 is deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
8. Are exchanges available?
Yes!
- First exchange (size or color) is free.
- Subsequent exchanges incur a ₹100 fee.
9. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please email us at craigster.care@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will review the issue and arrange a refund or replacement if approved.
10. How long does it take to get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
